Users are able to define one
or more notification email addresses to which receive notification emails. There are a large number of “triggers” giving
you the ability to define exactly what you need in your inbox. Inside a notification email you will receive
not only the triggered event but also different details depending on the item
which triggered the event. For example
if you may receive an email stating that you have been assigned a new ticket,
the ticket details will be included in the email. Some emails also include one-click (password
may be required) access to the notification item.Sample Triggers:
